Service Area
Our service area is Kenya. We do not deliver outside Kenya.
The prices displayed are exclusive of VAT. A 16% VAT will be applied and calculated at checkout. Please provide your PIN Number during checkout to receive an ETR/eTIMS receipt.
Pay on Delivery
Pay on Delivery is available for orders within Nairobi and selected areas outside Nairobi.
- Pay on Delivery is available for orders with a maximum value of KSh 20,000. Orders exceeding this amount must be paid for in full before dispatch.
- The delivery fee within Nairobi and its environs will be displayed when you place your order on our website. Alternatively, we can provide the delivery cost upon request.
- For Pay on Delivery orders outside Nairobi delivered to designated pickup points, we charge a flat rate of KSh 700 for laptops and phones, and KSh 500 for all other products.
- For customers outside Nairobi who prefer to use a courier of their choice or require door-to-door delivery, full upfront payment is required. A flat delivery fee of KSh 500 will apply.
Delivery Methods & Delivery Time
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. Once an order has been submitted and processed, it will be shipped within 1–2 business days.
- For Pay on Delivery orders outside Nairobi, we ship via a courier service. Shipping is overnight. You will be contacted to make payment and collect your parcel from the pick up point in your area. Please note that if the parcel is not collected within 48 hours of notification, it will be returned to us.
- For Pay on Delivery orders within Nairobi, your order will be delivered by one of our designated riders. Payment must be made before the rider releases the item. Same-day delivery is available.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. We do not make deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. If there is any delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect your order for any defects, damage, or missing items. We will not accept claims for defects, damaged products, or missing items once the order has been accepted and 24 hours have passed.
