Our area of service is Kenya. We do not deliver outside of Kenya.
Our Pay-On-Delivery option applies to goods/orders worth a maximum of Ksh 40,000. Orders above this amount will need to be paid upfront to be dispatched.
For deliveries outside of Nairobi and the rest of Kenya (excluding hardship areas), we charge a flat rate of Ksh 500 below 5 Kgs.
If the item is above 5 Kgs, the excess shipping charge will be communicated to you via phone call, chat, or email.
The rate for deliveries within Nairobi and its environs will be given to you once you place your order.
Upon delivery, It is your responsibility to check for any defects, damages, or missing items. We will not accept any returns for defects, damaged products, and missing items once delivered and accepted by you and 24 hours have passed. Delivery Methods & Delivery Time
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. Once an order has been submitted and processed, the order will ship within 1-2 business days.
For pay-on-delivery orders outside of Nairobi, we will ship your order via Courier Service. The shipping is overnight. You will then be contacted to pay and collect the parcel at the Courier Service’s office in your area. Please note that if you do not collect your item within 72 hours of being contacted, the item will be shipped back to us.
For pay-on-delivery orders within Nairobi, we will ship your order using a designated rider who will require you to pay for the item before they release it. Delivery is on the same day.
For upfront payment orders, we will ship your order via the courier method of your choice and one that is more convenient to you, or we could use our courier.
Deliveries will only take place Monday to Friday between 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturday 9 am to 4 pm. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Public Holidays. We will notify you in case of any delay in delivery.
In case you prefer to pick up any order yourself, you have the option of collecting it from our store. To do this, hit the “PICK FROM SHOP” button on the Shipping Tab on the checkout page.
