We at Digitonia Systems Ltd commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Manufacturer defects aside, every product you choose is inspected and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

To avoid order cancellation, it is important to call and confirm the availability of the item before placing an order. There are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. Please note that Refurbished products are sold as is.

Can I get a refund?

Cash is NOT refundable. Exchange of the item with another item is possible within 7 days as long as the packaging has not been opened.

I want to upgrade the laptop I bought is that possible?

An upgrade is only applicable to Refurbished Laptops that are of a higher price than the one you previously ordered. Once you return the laptop you initially purchased, just top up the amount for the upgraded laptop then you qualify for the exchange.

Please note that the shipping costs will be borne by you and that upgrades are only possible within 7 days of purchase. After the 7 days have passed, returns for upgrades will not be accepted.

Instances Where a Return is Acceptable:

1. Returns due to our Error

For Cash on Delivery orders, incorrect items received may be returned. You must contact us within 24 hours from the date you receive your package with any complaints. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and replace it as long as it is not damaged.

We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Digitonia Systems Ltd is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

2. Returns due to Non-Collection

Items remain the property of Digitonia Systems Ltd until paid for in full and can be repossessed without notice. For Cash on Delivery orders outside Nairobi, items are to be collected at designated collection points. Once an item arrives you will be contacted to go and collect it. If you will be unreachable or fail to collect the item within 48 hours after it arrives, it will be shipped back to us, and thereafter you will be required to make upfront payments for subsequent orders.

3. Returns due to Defect

Incase you receive an item and it develops a problem, then the item is bound by the Warranty Policy. You can read it here. Please note that for any replacements, kindly have the item returned to the shop for testing. Shipping fee is borne by you during return to shop. Should you require onsite support or want the replacement sent to you, please facilitate the transport cost.
